Services include:

  • Automated assistant (JoeGPT)

  • Appointment scheduling, forms, and registration

  • Email, SMS, and voice communications initiated via our site

  • Virtual tours and consultations

2. No Agency Relationship

Use of JoeGPT or our site does not create a brokerage relationship. If you are working with a licensed real estate agent, direct your inquiries to them. Florida law and NAR rules require a signed Buyer Broker Agreement before any home showings.

3. Florida Real Estate Compliance

We operate in compliance with:

  • Florida Statute 475 and FREC rules

  • NAR Code of Ethics

We do not charge a separate fee for new construction purchases; builder compensation covers brokerage services.
